Terms & Conditions for utilizing services of SPSJOBS.COM http://www.spsjobs.com
The client company should be registered with SPSJOBS.COM for utilizing its Job services.
- SPSJOBS.COM will conduct Preliminary Interviews for the candidates before they are sent to the client company.
- SPSJOBS.COM will ensure that the candidates meet the required skill sets of the company.
- SPSJOBS.COM will be a local representative at Bangalore for the recruitments of Client Company on long‐term basis.
- SPSJOBS.COM will charge minimum of 8.33% of Gross Per annum emoluments for Indian Placements.
- SPSJOBS.COM will charge minimum of 12% of Gross per annum emoluments or equivalent of US$1200/‐, whichever is higher for overseas placement.
- The client company shall pay SPSJOBS.COM registration fees immediately.
- Client Company shall ensure SPSJOBS.COM about all the vacancies and requirements.
- SPSJOBS.COM expects Client Company to inform about the status of the candidates i.e. within India or abroad immediately after the candidates are selected.
- SPSJOBS.COM will conduct interviews either in campus or at designated hotels, if Client Company informs before seven days of the schedule date on additional charges.
- SPSJOBS.COM will provide databank of candidates free of cost, in case the candidate leaves the organization within 3 months from the date of joining.
- SPSJOBS.COM believes in long‐term ethical business and Client Company shall ensure the same.
- SPSJOBS.COM shall ensure 100% confidentiality about all the transactions with Client Company.
- Client Company shall pay the schedule amount to SPSJOBS.COM immediately by Cheque, as soon as candidates are absorbed.
