Job Title: Business Group Compensation Consultant

Job type: Permanent

Location: The work location will be at Bangalore/Delhi/ Secunderabad /Cochin/Chennai/Mumbai/Pune/Gujarat. Selected candidate may work in any one of these offices from these cities.

Responsibilities:

• Providing competitive/market analyses and recommendations, recommending policies and guidelines, compensation-related training, and strategic scanning of external and internal environments.
• Conducting market analyses in support of Focal budget development.
• Representing business objectives, priorities and issues to local C&B staff in the region and coordinates solutions and actions.
• Responsible for design and implementation of innovative compensation programs and solutions that support business objectives.
• Acting as an expert resource on pay programs, partnering closely with regional Business group HR, other areas of HR, and the business operations as appropriate.                                            

 Responsibilities also include: job evaluation, internal equity and external market analysis, 0Focal, T-Comp education and designing C&B solutions for business issues. 

    Desired Profile: Minimum graduation with 6+ years or Master degree with 5+ years of direct HR/C&B experience. Compensation, CCP(Certified compensation professional) designation, and Finance /Statistics experience desirable .
