Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Location: Singapore

Requirement specs:

• Possess 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Has worked both in CPA firm as well as commercial enterprise, preferably an MNC or regional technology firm.
• Experience in U.S. Sarbanes Oxley Act is a must
• Has experience in enterprise risk management. Familiarity with regional tax regulations would be an advantage

DUTIES:

• Follow up on audit issues raised by internal/external auditors.
• Ensure common audit/internal audit points are raised and brought to the group subs so as to proactively improve business processes and controls and enhance corporate governance.
• To co-ordinate and support all Board/AC meetings and follow up on action items.
• Ensure compliance of regulatory/legal/accounting/tax (including transfer pricing) standards and requirements across group.
• Monitor BCP/ERMP roll out for the region.
• Review subsidiaries’ risk/problem areas and recommend action items to reduce such areas.
• KEY AREA: to proactively assist in supporting and monitoring S404 SEC compliance by being part of the working team in documenting/testing.
• KEY Internal Controls: business proce and ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
• To eventually develop ERM methodology for the group and build a strong team to support this.
• Key role in contributing to the introduction, development and implementation of the ERM Framework and S404 Sarbanes Oxley Program for the PacNet Group. In the development of risk awareness programs to act as a resource person to the organization by analyzing and researching risk mitigation practices, policies and procedures, legislative changes and other potential issues.
