NATIONAL HEAD – TRACTOR

The incumbent should be a Btech / BE (Mechanical / Agricultural Engineer) with a minimum of 25 years of experience in Tractor Marketing. He should have handled two or more regions of the Country in marketing of tractors and agro machinery.

He must possess a strong initiative drive and leadership qualities to guide and lead the national team to achieve the targets.

AGE: AROUND 50 YEARS

He should be conversant with Hindi and with any one South Indian languages.

Location: Bangalore

CTC – FIXED RS.20 LAKHS + VARIABLE – INCENTIVES + CAR + ACCOMODATION (IF COMPANY’S QUARTER AVAILABLE)

The presentation and your perception should cover:-

  • The required department structure and other infrastructure required to achieve the target.
  • The dealer network, profile and other requisites.
  • The target incentive policy for Dealers and Marketing field staff.
  • Credit policy and management, pricing strategy.
  • The outlay on marketing expenditure and the mode.
  • Role of Dealers vis-à-vis our marketing / service team.
  • Ways to tap Government support for priority sector.
