Recruiter - IT /Non IT/Overseas Recruitment
We have openings for Recruitment Manager / Executive (IT/Non IT) in Junior /Middle
level and Senior Level and HR Function. If you are interested and seriously looking for

Job Requirements:
- Should have good communication skills, Convincing and negotiation
- Understand business / vacant position requirements from our client initiate hiring
process accordingly.
- Should be good in sourcing profiles on Job-portals like Monster, Naukri Linked In
etc.
- Should have Experience in cold calling, sourcing, screening, and head hunting
- Making calls to the candidates and explaining about the requirements and client
details.
- Should possess good client interaction skill, Negotiation on salary etc.
- Follow up with the candidates till on-board
- Establish contact with the prospective employees and coordinate for selection process
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle across levels & functions.
- Should be well versed with Sourcing Plan (Job Portals, Advertisements, Employee
Referrals, & Head hunting.
- Currently working in consultancy will be encouraged, handling IT/Non - IT Profiles
mandate.
- Candidates handled Overseas and Domestic recruitment background is most
preferred.
Note : Should have a basic degree in BCA/Bsc.cs/IT/Diploma/ BE/MCA with
Management degree like MBA with HR/Marketing as specialization.
With relevant experience in the industry from 3yr- 5years, depending upon the position
applied for.
